We are pleased to announce that we have just completed our first distribution of tips to the workers in El Salvador who helped process, roast, and package our initial shipment of Perfecto Blend coffee! Each worker received over $400 worth of #Bitcoin directly to their Chivo

Coffee came to El Salvador in the 18th Century, Coffee was grown Commercially from the 19th, troubles in the 20th, let's make change in the 21st. Coffee from El Salvador is delicious, but not always just or equitable, ready to change that together? Does your coffee float?

Travelling and don't want to compromise? From one of our UK fans earlier, think he's got the right idea... A great cup of Rosé wine, caramel, berry, light sugar, and a rounded chocolate note. Can't expect anything less from our producers, San Ernesto and Fernando Lima.

Coffee starts as a cherry. Each cherry is picked, carried for miles, washed, hulled, dried, and roasted. Below is some SL14/SL28 variety cherries from East Africa the same variety from Lot20 and consigned by you through WenSwap Truly changing the industry. Thank you

Cherries to beans, how? Wash it in water! Kenyan coffees are usually only bought for its blackcurrant notes. However Lot20 wants to change this and show off Kenya's diversity, while subverting the auction to get fairer prices Great work supported by you through WenSwap

Rugged terrain, spread out trees, shade, picking from knee level to reaching above your head. Cherry picking is not an easy gig. For every 50 coffees you drink, 8kg of berries have to be picked. You can tip a barista, you can tip your waiter, why not the cherry picker?

Picked, washed, hulled. Now we only have to wait 2 weeks for it all to dry in the sun... A day of picking, a day of processing, 2 weeks of drying, 4 months of transport, a day of roasting, packing, and posting. All for a 5 minute brew. Savour it.

100kg of cherries on the back of those bikes. Turn off your engine, skilfully glide down the slopes of the mountains, and make sure your brakes still work... One of the many solutions to getting cherries down to processing stations. Not something you see every day...
