Important #studentloan alert: if you submitted a refund request with Great Lakes prior to September call them again because apparently their whole process changes and nothing prior to September 1st has been processed. Had to start the whole thing over again.

Trying to contact Great Lakes: hung up on twice (once while speaking to a representative and once while on hold) so now I’m calling from two different phones just in case. It shouldn’t be this hard. 😭 #studentloans
