New: Creative Scotland says it has also had to close applications to two of its crucial youth music funds after the Scottish Government refused to release another £1.8m of its promised budget.

We failed to make any meaningful improvements to services or correct existing issues so instead we’ll just financially hammer the folk who travel by rail. That ought to do it.
