Ahead of the world premiere of Mark Simpson 'Darkness Moves II’ at Southbank Centre , we take a sneak peek at his manuscripts for the work! This piece for horn and electronics is a continuation of his exploration of the output of Belgian-born poet and artist Henri Michaux.
It was an absolute pleasure to record Brian's music for this disc and, as ever, a dream to work with one and only Bassoon Goddess Amy Harman on his Five Bagatelles in a recording I'm very proud of. Also - Anish Kapoor did the cover designs! Trés cool! Check out link below!
