The Chris Minns Labor Government is cutting almost $110M annually and 225 jobs from Service NSW because of its financial mismanagement. Service NSW’s own documents raise the prospect of lengthy customer response times and slower emergency relief. 2gb.com/exclusive-the-…

The retirement of Dominic Perrottet marks the end of a political career defined by visionary leadership and unwavering dedication to NSW. His contributions to financial management, transformational infrastructure and family support set a high standard for future leaders. #nswpol

The NSW Coalition planned, funded and constructed the Sydney Metro. The Minns Labor Government can’t even get the opening right. #incompetence

The Liberals designed it, paid for it and built it - all Labor had to do was cut the ribbon on time, and they can't even do that. This is what happens when you put a Labor spin doctor in charge of Transport over an expert.

“Sydney Metro delay beyond a joke” - today’s The Daily Telegraph editorial. Jo Haylen MP isn’t making some kind of principled choice to “prioritise safety” - instead the Minns Labor Gov’t can’t open the Metro without getting the regulator’s safety approval, which the Gov’t has bungled.

🇮🇳🇦🇺Wigram Street Harris Park in Little India is almost completely commercial, but antiquated zoning stops food stalls operating to say 10pm instead of 7pm. I call on the NSW Labor Government, if it’s serious about thriving nighttime economies, to support removing this red tape.

Police Minister Catley has now misled Parliament on at least 3 issues: ❌ Tasering an aged care resident ❌Telling Jewish citizens to stay away from the Opera House. ❌ Yesterday, her own receipt of taxpayer funded gin. It should now be “3 strikes and you’re out” for Ms Catley.

Transport Minister Haylen refuses in Question Time to say whether Josh Murray advised her that National Rail Safety Regulator approval was required before the Metro opened. A mess created when you put a Labor spin doctor without operational experience in charge of Transport.

The obfuscating @PrueCar can’t give a straight answer to basic questions in #BudgetEstimates. Inflation is at 3.8%. The 2024-25 Budget Papers show total Department of Education recurrent spending is up only 3%. But Ms Car can’t accept this means real spending is cut by 0.8%.

Industrial action by the ETU is crippling over $23B of road, hospital, school, energy, housing and other infrastructure projects. Instead of sitting idly by appeasing union masters, Chris Minns should be applying to under s424 of the Fair Work Act to stop the action.

Premier Chris Minns won’t pick up the phone to Anthony Albanese on immigration, GST funding share, federal education funding shortfalls or federal infrastructure cuts. He should at least pick up the phone to Anthony Albanese + Labor Senators and demand the McPhillamys gold mine project go ahead.

There are only 32 active users, at a cost of $20,000 each, in the Minns Labor Government’s bungled cashless gaming trial. Lives and families are being destroyed by problem gambling while Labor twiddles its thumbs. smh.com.au/politics/nsw/t…
