Barbaric, mediaeval shit. One practical thing UK can immediately do is ensure Jews in UK feel safe, starting with actively policing any public 'celebrations' - if those videos are genuine. Imagine a big crowd 'celebrating' 9/11 in New York. How safe would you feel? Exactly.
