I had terrible plantar fasciitis in 2014-15 and I still walked 10,000 steps with it every day

It was a bleak few months because every one of those steps hurt but in hindsight the pain was cathartic and toughened me up

Since I lost 75 pounds plantar fasciitis has not returned

Back in the sauna this afternoon

Used the sauna 3-5x per week for 2 years now and love the benefits I get from it

-improved my mood
-gives me a place to clear my mind
-meditation spot
-improved sleep
-better skin
-increased recovery
-shed certain toxins

I do 20 mins most days…
