Johann Sebastian Bach died 273 years ago today. In June we joined Bachfest in Leipzig in celebrating the lasting influence of Bach's music, with the Monteverdi Choir and Violin Soloists Kati Debretzeni and Isabelle Faust, conducted by Jonathan Sells.

It’s hard to believe that a month has already passed since we wrapped up our European tour of Handel’s Israel in Egypt at the prestigious Salzburg Festival. This concert brought our 2023/24 season to a close, but stay tuned—our musical journey continues in Autumn 2024.
