📍The New School The students and faculty of The New School have FULLY LIBERATED all 7 floors of the Lama Jamous Center (72 5th avenue) for four days, sitting atop one of main arteries of capitalism in America, the most expensive and high end shopping street in New York City.

The President of Columbia was more interested in having cops on campus than graduation ceremonies so some members of faculty organized this event instead. So honored to deliver these words at the People’s Graduation (public speaking = public crying these days)

I just can’t get past Labour winning 65% of seats off 34% of the vote. Absolutely wild mismatch between the headline result and, well, everything else. Britain is now a multi-party system, and first-past-the-post can’t cope.

Possibly the most distorted election result in history, because of First Past the Post Quite shocking that (as it stands) smaller parties' seat share is 22% lower than their vote share, and Labour's seat share is 29% higher than its vote share #GE24
