Well past time for faculty to make a collective statement—at the very least by withholding their labor—in support of their students.

We don't take a hippocratic oath or anything but it really does go without out saying that anybody--faculty, administrator, whoever--must be committed to 'first, do no harm' as a guiding principle.

It’s been interesting starting as faculty and seeing nationally how reactionary university administrators can be. No thoughtfulness, no strategy, just a hope that the folks attacking higher ed will relent through navel gazing.
