This series of images is absolutely true. Over the past 11 years we have gone from a mowed field and sterile garden space to 5 acres of biodiverse planting and habitat. The pollinators in this space are thriving.

Teachers should be impartial in the classroom but, if those in power don't have the best interests of young people at heart, is it a safeguarding issue?

For months I have watched a lot of climate folks twist themselves in knots trying to find their way in to speaking out against genocide. Being a human is your way in, that's all you need babe. Genocide is wrong. Killing kids is evil. Bombing refugees is a war crime. The end.

Meanwhile in English schools, up to KS4 when children are 15, there is no need to teach about the causes & consequences of climate change or how we can take action to mitigate & adapt to it. This needs to change and quickly!
