For many patients, in-hospital referrals are the only reason they enroll in #cardiacrehab , yet data suggests CR referral rates across institutions remain variable. Promoting strong physician endorsement is critical to developing strategies to increase statewide CR utilization.

Munson Healthcare is a top performer in the state for #cardiacrehab participation, proving that the Million Hearts goal of 70% participation is achievable. Be sure to attend future MiCR meetings to learn about successful CR QI initiatives from Munson and other peer institutions.
