Launching the Traveller Road to Hope and Change Campaign, promoting suicide prevention and mental health awareness. Our message is clear: the Government must fund a National Traveller Mental Health Strategy. We are brave, smart, and strong, we’ll keep pushing for change.

After 35 years of campaigning worldwide, the Finucane family finally get to say it: there will be a statutory public inquiry into the murder of Pat Finucane. Thank you to everyone who has supported us, helped & encouraged us over the last 4 decades.

If we truly wanted to learn the lessons of Grenfell, we would stop treating housing as a commodity and start treating it as a fundamental human right.

Today was week 121 of my weekly housing crisis protest outside the Dáil. Housing is a human right. Everyone Should Have A Home. #everyoneshouldhaveahome

I post on here because it genuinely helps me. Over the years it's been a great support tool and the majority of you have been really supportive and encouraging. But it always makes me laugh when someone takes a pop at me for sharing about my day. Which was great, by the way 😀

Didn't get the result we wanted, but my team played some great rugby. Weird not drinking after matches. But I'm the better for it 😊

People living with complex trauma don't see the world like others. They see through a lens of survival, coping, and sometimes, hope. Everyday they're looking for relief and validation, because the world that looks back at them rarely acknowledges what they're trying to overcome.

Listening to JOE DUFFY - Mr Finnegan our teacher in 1st and 2nd class! Any lads from St Damien’s Primary school will be familiar with his two sticks. One a dowel from a child’s cot, pink, he called “Henry” and the second, a hawthorn stick he called “Hitler”. We were 6 & 7.

Our protective services lack the resources, and the Garda isn't proactive enough. We must do better to safeguard vulnerable children, but instead, the media will spend weeks talking about an overpriced bike shed to distract us from the real issues that need to be addressed
