My daughter and I, Christmas day walk

Unpopular opinion: New Year’s Eve is a fiat concept. The year turned already on the 21st and we celebrated at Christmas. 31st/1st is just an excuse to drink.

Gearing up to travel to Costa Rica for the Bitcoin Freedom Festival and I’m SO EXCITED! The future is full of fellow plebs I haven’t met yet!

Leg 2.

Leg 3 successfully completed, landed in San Jose. Now just to pick up my daughter and then our Costa Rica Bitcoin Jungle adventure can truly begin.

Finally made it to Bitcoin Jungle. Three days of travel but very excited to be here.

My friend and partner in Bitonomy.org just called me to say that his 15 year old son had a Bitcoin epiphany last night. He realized that central banks are printing limitless money and called his dad in the small hours to tell him Bitcoin is going to win. WAGMI.

Every merchant that has adopted Monero as a means of payment, since May 2016, even those that converted it to Bitcoin or converted it to fiat, has lost money compared to those who simply adopted the Bitcoin standard.

This morning I get to start my day teaching these great kids about Bitcoin. Can’t begin to put into words how it makes me feel to watch these ideas take root and the inspiration flowing back from them.

Yesterday was a big day - I gave the first ever Bitonomy workshop. With thanks to the #humanrightsfoundation, who funded our first round, we started delivering Bitcoin education to diaspora communities in London. Many more to come. 💖

One more trip around the sun completed for me today. I’m spending my birthday training diaspora community in London about how to use Bitcoin. Can’t think of a better way to spread the love this Valentine’s Day.
