.The Independent Panel recommended that civil society be meaningfully engaged in all areas of pandemic prep. & response reform. Responses to a survey from 49 countries for the 1-year report "Transforming or Tinkering?" said that's not happening enough. 👉🏽bit.ly/3Q7jNfg
