There appears to have been an oil spill in the River Tyne. Looking at quite substantial oil in the water (rainbow scum and smell) passing under the Millennium Bridge, Baltic Centre for Contemporary Art and the nesting kittiwakes 😢 of course directly impacting the aquatic life
