We attended Cockington Primary school to chat with the students recently, we discussed bridges, Brunel and health & safety. We received some great feedback. "You were really engaging with the children and got them on their level. They really enjoyed the practical activity!".

Our scheme at Cokerhust being undertaken for Martin Grant Homes and in collaboration with Ward Williams has once again had the drone up. Things are changing quickly now, with the 2nd access into the site taking shape!

Last Friday we could see a real difference on the Harbourside onsite at our Torquay scheme being undertaken for Torbay Council. New seating is in place and a large area of paving has been laid, giving a good insight into how the area will look!

The kerbs are going into place at our Dawlish scheme being undertaken for Devon County Council. To ensure the safety of our teams we've invested in specialist lifting equipment to reduce the risk of injury. The vacuum takes the weight of the kerbs, making it easier for the team to move them.

There has been big changes at our Dawlish scheme being undertaken for Devon County Council the bridge has progressed since last month and the road is taking shape as kerbs are beginning to be put in place.

It was fantastic weather last week when our Southwest drone pilot visited our scheme being undertaken for Torbay Council. Major changes can be seen since the last month, with the paving completed in some areas, and some of the new seating being installed on the harbourside!

Our Social Value Co-ordinator, Suzanne, has been back to the Gloucester charity Sharp Life & Learning Skills to check out the sensory garden we built last year. We also presented them with a £100 B&Q voucher to get them ready for the winter growing season!

Its a year since completing our Gloucestershire CC Llanthony Road scheme. We recently returned to chat with the locals, one sceptic of the scheme before starting was Pete from Gloucester Glass, but he said "I was wrong, traffic has improved & the Montel team during the works were fantastic"
