The top FFXVI mods I want to see: - ULTRAWIDE SUPPORT!! - Ultimaniac mode or critical mode equivalent for regular playthroughs - Use the scoring system from arcade mode and add it as a regular feature - Extra base combos for Clive, maybe adding backdraft combos to his magic

Rebirth should absolutely be winning this year if people’s second pick is an expansion of a game that’s already been out for over 2 years 💀

Final Fantasy XVI just broke its peak CCU from yesterday before 8am EST. I believe today will be a lot better for its concurrent player numbers since people had time to download the game.

It certainly doesn’t help that the development costs for these games are getting extremely high. It seems like a lot of them hardly ever meet sales expectations. You would have to wonder how this new strategy for Square Enix will even work out in the following years.

The image quality is a lot better for sure, but $700 worth? I don’t know about that. Unless you have yet to buy a PS5, I would personally just wait for the next gen console atp.

I think it’s good that they’re considering the newcomers as well, but I couldn’t imagine recommending someone play KH4 first without some context from past games. There is still so much story that’s being carried over from the last saga.

Surely Kingdom Hearts IV will be saved from: “did not meet sales expectations” … right?

I always find it funny when people say FF16 is the FF Game of Thrones. But they don’t realize FF Tactics was the “FF Game of Thrones” long before the show was popular in 1997. It is cool to know that there were some FFT devs who also worked on FF16 as well
