Why does The Economist profile on X look like an ad for the Kamala Harris campaign? While we’re at it, why did it cite false claims about Bitcoin from a Soros-backed “non-profit”? 🤔 Doesn’t seem very fair & balanced. Sad!

When a journalist only explains one side of a contract, it’s understandable for readers to react with “wow this contract is absurd, why would anyone agree to this”. Journalists should explain both sides of a contract. Yes, I’m referring to bitcoin mining electricity contracts.

Bitcoin miners “get paid to turn off” only when they “pay extra to turn on”. That’s what a fixed-rate contract is. Can’t have one without the other.

🚨NEW POD IS UP🚨 @morgensternNJ and @samlyman33 debunk The Economist and explain why legacy media gets Bitcoin consistently wrong. Plus Kamala’s fake crypto pivot, Trump’s pro-Bitcoin transition team, and the promise of “Y’all Street.” rumble.com/v5cup5n-debunk…

“This was a clickbait, anti-Bitcoin smear [published] for ideological purposes.” @morgensternNJ skewers the recent hit piece from The Economist on BTC miners. Why does legacy media consistently botch Bitcoin? Ideology explains half of it—but ignorance explains the other half.

Great analysis Pierre Rochard! A 31% increase in Bitcoin mining since last summer & prices this August were 80% lower than last! Bitcoin mining lowering ancillary services costs by being low bidders, more mild temps, plus a tripling of battery capacity makes a great combo!

Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn's 1978 Harvard commencement address was the most controversial and commented-upon public speech of the 20th century. He went to the center of power and prestige and told them they were a spiritual wasteland. 10 unforgettable quotes from his speech 🧵

It’s pretty cool how far the #crypto industry has come in the last year. It came to Wall Street, and now it’s part of a major party’s political platform. A former (and potentially future) president talking about #Bitcoin and crypto at a venue where many of the top business
