As part of the progress checks in my #PSHCE program I have built in student voice in the form of Head, Heart, Bin Bag [sorry can't remember where I got this from - not my original idea] It really is intersting to see student response.

Over the years, I've learnt that the best, highest performing teams are those where everyone feels a sense of belonging & appreciation for the unique & different things they bring to the team. So I'm happy to post this blog & sketchnote on "things boldly inclusive leaders do".

With the MTC results now coming in, here are our national estimates so far. Varying sample sizes, so some of these may yet see a bit of change. Note that we've changed how we're calculating our Y2 Phonics estimate and this is now looking more in line with pre-Covid attainment

🧵Curriculum Reform and Review I can sense a mild panic, bubbling frustration & here we go again-ness from some around the prospect of curriculum changes. I’ve been thinking a lot about it alongside reflecting on the 100s of schools I’ve worked with on curriculum development.

What an inspiring day we have had Ebor Academy Trust Listening to Ed Vainker and Richard McCann definitely got the new year off to a great start. Thank you!
