Who else has been here? My #Narcissist ex constantly asked if I was seeing someone, when it was him cheating all along. When I caught him he said we weren’t in a “real” relationship. We had been together for 7 yrs. He had mentally left it therefore to him it wasn’t real. #abuse

My #Narcissist ex says that I wasn’t “fun” anymore. After 7 yrs of abuse, kissing his butt, raising our child alone, homeschooling, working, never getting a break or any support from him, yeah, I didn’t have anything left for his fun-o-meter & if I did it wouldn’t have mattered.

My #narcissistic ex claimed he remembered nothing. I 100% thought he was developing Alzheimer’s and/or dementia. Every time I reminded him of something awful he did or even nice he acted like it was the very first time he had ever heard/experienced it. #narcissisticabuse

I can’t count the number of times I was blocked, ghosted, hung up on… He even blocked me while I was pregnant w/ our child & even after while I was raising her alone. He could have cared less if there was an emergency. #narcissisticabuse #Mentalhealth

My #narcissist would trigger me in front of my family to get a reaction. He would also do the opposite & get handsy & lovey only when there was an audience (never when it was just us). Since he rarely touched me it would catch me off guard making me look like the unloving one.
