श्रीनगर में मुझे आशीर्वाद देने उमड़े लोगों के स्नेह और अपनत्व ने हृदय को छू लिया।

जम्मू-कश्मीर के युवाओं ने तरक्की का जो रास्ता चुना है, उसे हम और मजबूत करेंगे। इसके साथ ही अमन और इंसानियत के दुश्मनों को सबक सिखाने में भी कोई कोर-कसर नहीं छोड़ेंगे।

मुझे विश्वास है कि वो समय जल्द आएगा, जब जम्मू-कश्मीर फिर से राज्य के रूप में अपना भविष्य और बेहतर बनाएगा।

मुझे खुशी है कि आज हम संविधान को साथ लेकर कश्मीर के लोगों की जिंदगी बदलने के नए-नए रास्ते तलाश रहे हैं।

लोकतंत्र के उत्सव में जम्मू-कश्मीर के नौजवानों ने जिस तरह से बढ़-चढ़कर हिस्सा लिया, वह बताता है कि जम्हूरियत पर उनका कितना गहरा भरोसा है।
