It’s Shireen’s birthday today. This was her last birthday celebration-she was killed a month later. The pain of losing her never gets easier. Happy birthday my angel ❤️‍🩹🕊️

I hold this card close to my 🩷, writing a message in my language made me feel incredibly special. This year, I shared my BD with two very special babies I looked after. One was a premature baby, and the other was diagnosed with a heart condition, but both are doing great 🤩💙🩷
