Natalie Eilbert Thank you for working the article all the way through to the stigma issues associated with licensure and tracking for work denial/consideration. It's a similar stigma in airline employees, where the focus isn't on remediation, but identification and labeling.

Nice writeup by Natalie Eilbert on the burnout's persistence in HCWs in rural WI where I grew up. If your executives aren't continuing to press the envelope on burnout analytics and AI (and not veiling it as a means of reducing travel RN costs), they are part of the problem.
