The most comfortable position for any political party to be is in “Opposition”. You have a solution for everything and you know all the answers and can do better. Until BOOM💥 One day, you wake up, you’re in power and you complete fck shit up. 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

The video of the police killing in Minnesota has me all messed up. I can't breathe. We can't breathe. My ancestors couldn't breathe. America can't breathe.

If some of these atrocities, especially from some white police officers against black citizens, cannot shock the American populace to see evidence of their own decline, what can? How can a police officer be the source of such cruel, violent death...

Bernard Avle why won't EC make us fill the form online. You then walk to the center, give them the form reference number and they verify the details and process the card? #citicbs

Martin Amidu's resignation is the final proof we needed that it's fixing the system, not the people that is crucial in our corruption fight. No matter who is put in office to fight a corrupt system, they'll ultimately fail because the system is just too powerful #CitiCBS

#Cop26 President Akufo-Addo describes as “totally unacceptable” any suggestion that Africa abandons its rapid push for development by the West which can’t even meet its meagre commitment of $100bn annually to help poorer nations fight climate change.

Akufo-Addo reminds wealthy nations that they got to where they are today through exploitation of their natural resources and those of other nations. To now shut the door is to entrench inequalities in perpetuity. #COP26

E-levy on my mind this morning. I am going to be taxed for transferring money from my own bank acct to momo acct, then taxed again if I send to another person plus the MTN service charge. Meanwhile I paid income tax on the money in bank acct. The bank to momo charge must go.

Ghana to lose €90m per annum to EU-ETS shipping carbon tax. This is precisely why ex ante impact assessments are needed before African countries blindly back carbon levies and do so without a proper reform of tax redistribution… great analysis 👇 thebftonline.com/2024/01/15/gha…
