Our U13 Girls beat the rain at Tynemouth today to play two competitive games against Yorkshire. We fell narrowly short in game one, Amelia Roberts top scoring with 29, before we managed to get a win in game two with Aoife McDermott making 46* from just 36 balls! Top work girls!

We have had number clubs hosting girls festivals this summer. Today we hosted one at Bamburgh Castle Cricket Club Clubs travelled from as far as Corbridge, Tynemouth & Bates, plus a number of our north based clubs. Thanks for travelling everyone and to Bamburgh for hosting a top day 🏏🏰

Day two at Malvern saw two close T20 games for our U15 Girls. Defeat in the morning against Norfolk was followed by a thrilling tie against Suffolk! Highlights included 4 wickets for Tess Parr and a great knock from Olivia Furniss. Underway against Suffolk on the final day!
