“Development and peace are meaningless without women.” Prof. Precious Kassey Garba of the University of Ibadan delivered a Keynote Lecture at the Nigerian Institute of International Affairs (NIIA) on July 23, 2024, as part of the APN and Next Gen Research Methods Workshop.

The crowd was listening with rapt attention as she reflected on her experiences as a woman researcher, teacher, and former presidential adviser.

APN and Next Gen Fellows gave insights into challenges, benefits and limitations of multidisciplinary research methods at a panel discussion, “Developing and Applying Multidisciplinary Research Methods: Advancing African Perspectives to Knowledge Production,” on July 25, 2024.
