⚾️ FINAL Napoleon Baseball 13, Defiance Baseball 3 Napoleon are district champs for the first time since 2011. It's their second district title in school history. Defiance finishes 20-6 and fall short of regionals for the first time since 2021.

Ashton is the offensive player of the Courtney Fisher Sprint-Off Classic with 9 goals over the tournament and drew a number of exclusions and penalties from offensive center. He has started to master his craft and improves in team play. Great job, Ashton!

Cooper was the defensive player of the tournament at defensive center and swam to the offensive 2m for many of the games (that is a lot of swimming!). Thanks to his efforts the team was able to limit the output of the opposing center helping the team immensely. Great job, Cooper!

Carson went 5 for 5 in extra points for the Wildcats against the Defiance Bulldogs. His last kick of the night was the game winning point to win the River Rock Rivalry and bring the rock back to Napoleon. Way to go, Carson!

George scored 5 touchdowns (2 rushing and 3 receiving). He tied the school record for most touchdowns in a single game, working to defeat the Bulldogs in the River Rock Rivalry. Way to go, George!

Athlete of the Week: Carson VonDeylen, Boys Water Polo: Carson was the leading scorer in our game against St. Francis. His goals came at key points in the game, helping to push his teammates to start to rally. Great job Carson!

Athlete of the Week: Gwen Huddle, Girls XC: Gwen ran a great race at Columbus Grove, finishing 2nd place out of 232 runners. She ran 18:31, which is the 4th fastest time in NHS history, in only her second high school race! She led the team to a 3rd place finish out of 21 teams.

ATHLETE OF THE WEEK: Ayla Cooper, Girls Golf. Ayla fired a career-best round of 48 to help the Lady Cats move to 2-0 in NLL play when they defeated Bowling Green. Her round was capped off on the final hole, when she stuck a 70 yard shot to a foot from the hole. Great round Ayla!

ATHLETE OF THE WEEK: Cohen Ford, Boys Golf. Cohen was the Gold-Medalist against BG with a 39, 2nd against Fremont Ross with a 39, and 2nd against Clay with a 39. Keep it going, Cohen!

ATHLETE OF THE WEEK: Raegan Dietrich, Girls XC: Raegan ran an amazing race Saturday at OG! She ran a 20:32 and finished 12th out of 162. Her performance helped us win the meet, taking 1st out of 22 teams. Fantastic race, Raegan!!

ATHLETE OF THE WEEK: Trey Rubinstein, Football: Trey had 3 total TDs (2 receiving, 1 Kickoff return) against Northview. On the other side of the football Trey had 3 tackles for loss, 1 forced fumble, 1 sack, and 1 interception. Great work, Trey!
