Almost 30 yrs to the day since I got my results #OccupationalTherapy degree. At the time I was disappointed at missing the 2-1 classification (Too much partying/enjoying student life!) Want to reassure newly qualified therapists that this has never stopped me progressing

Our new ‘Immersive Director’ programme launches this month. We recognised the cohort wasn’t as diverse as we would hope for to be representative. We have reached out & are fully funding a further 2 places for leaders from global majority heritage to join the cohort… 1/2

Our commitment as an organisation from now on, is to fully fund at least 10% of the cohort of our open access programmes on this basis and we are looking at how we can increase greater representation on all of our Shadow Board programmes. Suggestions on the above welcome 2/2
