My first in person interview in over 4 years and I crushed it. Final interview on Monday, only competing with one other person. Would take a 50% pay cut though. I would make less than what I make on UE.

Society is going to go downhill because nobody can be corrected. Correction and guidance is seen as an attack and not an opportunity to learn and do better. Very sad.
