The esc Step Challenge starts today! 🚶‍♀️🚶‍♂️We're building positive habits into our daily routine whilst raising awareness/funds for Action Mental Health.

On Friday, my two worlds collided for the best reason. John’s schools Y7’s raised a phenomenal £700 for Barnardo’s NI and I had the privilege of telling them what I do and how grateful we are for the donation! The cherry on top was John got to listen too. Proud beyond belief!
