noliwe rooks This is all larger cities. Austin and Denver have seen 10%+ declines in enrollment in recent years. It’s unaffordable housing +big birth rate decline. Every city is going to have to contend with this ASAP.

Cities like San Francisco and New York have created and exacerbated issues with affordable housing now have a school enrollment crisis due to decades of underfunded traditional schools and the high cost of living there. COVID did not create the crisis. Neither did poor people.
