Opening statements are moments away in the trial of Gerald Goines. The jury is seated and a prosecutor is reading the indictments against him in connection to the 2019 Harding Street raid. "Your honor, I plead not guilty," Goines said.

Testimony: Officer Morales went to Harding St. after a string of anonymous calls on 1/8 and found nothing. He returned to the home for the 1/28 raid. His BWC didn't show what happened inside but you can hear a volley of gunfire, followed by silence and then two final gunshots.
