While there are indications #Azerbaijan is settling ethnic Azeris in the former homes of local #NagornoKarabakh Armenians, recently posted footage appears to show both Stepanakert and Martakert cities in a poor state, run down. No indication of ethnic Armenians ever returning.

MAJOR - #Azerbaijan state media quotes country's Foreign Minister who together with #Turkey counterpart are urging for #Armenia to modify constitution, stating Yerevan "continues its territorial claims." This possibly adding onto a narrative for further incursions into Armenia.

The next armed conflict involving #Armenia and #Azerbaijan will possibly see Azeri troops entering Armenia's southern Syunik region, either a short-term (1-2 days) land grab, or a longer (no more than a week) deeper incursion. Judging by reports, could happen in upcoming months.
