I am an alumni and former staff member at Victoria University. I'm extremely disappointed in VU's approach to this - instead of punishing staff, I call on VU to come to terms on an Agreement which values, supports and respects VU staff.

NTEU members at Victoria University are taking a stand with a two-week ban on critical systems and a one-week teaching ban. In response, VU management has stood down participating staff without pay, an extraordinary and harsh move for any university. #vunteu #vustanddown
