With the cold front through the Catskills and Poconos the steady rainfall this morning is exiting to our east. Colder temperatures are moving in though there will be some breaks of sun this afternoon and evening between the isolated rain showers.

An NWS Storm Survey Team has confirmed a tornado occurred in Allegany County last evening. The preliminary survey results are an EF-1 strength tornado, with maximum winds of 100 mph. A discontinuous path of damage was observed along a 6 mile stretch from Wirt to SE of Friendship.
