Looks like OlympusDAO |Smart, Money| OIP-164 will pass snapshot without issue. This will allow a retuning of RBS, changing the bid spread to be 10% higher than where it starts today and requiring a more pronounced signal to kick off a bond market. Looking forward to the adjustments.
