Saplings have been to the National Emergency Services Museum in Sheffield today and what a fabulous day we had! We had lots of fun learning about the special people and vehicles that can help us in emergencies 👮‍♀️ 👩‍⚕️ What a beautiful day!

Chestnut class did an absolutely amazing job of creating their final pieces of art 🎨 The children have practised this in their sketch books and then today they have created their own fruit pieces using the pointillism technique. Well done everyone 🤩

Tomorrow (Friday 8th March) we will be celebrating International Women’s Day! As part of this we are taking part in the #LetGirlsPlay and the biggest ever football session. All children are invited to come to school in FOOTBALL KIT/PE KIT OR NON UNIFORM.

Our theatre has been full of excited dancers, full of smiles and energy. Well done Oakwell Rise Primary The Forest Academy Oakhill Primary Academy all the children were a credit to themselves and their schools. 👏👏👏👏👏👏🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

A big thank you to the lady that made this evening possible for our children at Oakhill, The Forest Academy & Oakwell Rise Primary. This is the second time some of our children have had the opportunity to perform on the big stage and what an experience! You’re a diamond SGOHorizon 🤩
