Hey Techie, Know that, companies don't like junior talent. Junior talent requires a lot of hand holding and support for at least a year before they start to provide actual value to the company.

Junior developers focus too much on skills. Senior develoeprs focus instead on problems.

Stop asking on Twitter if you should learn Tailwind or Bootstrap. Do your own research and form your own opinion.

The duty of every developer is to take ownership of the entire software development life cycle.
