Beware of idiopathic immune-complex MPGN (IC-MPGN) I never see idiopathic IC-MPGN at the Mayo Clinic Careful evaluation will reveal the cause & show these are not idiopathic ▪Segmental IgM/IgG, in setting of 3+ diffuse C3, may reflect areas of scarring. These cases are C3GN.
