IOE HONORS MALAWI'S FIRST OMBUDSMAN The International Ombud Expo on Tuesday afternoon honored the Late Honorable James Makoza Chirwa as among pioneers of Ombudsman work in Africa & across the globe. Chirwa was Malawi's first Ombudsman from 1995 to 1998. He died on June 1, 2024.
