The Jury's Auction sale catalogue from the John Holohan archive, c. 1970s includes images of Georgian South Frederick Street. Laid out in the 1730s as a fashionable enclave of houses, South Frederick Street was transformed during the 20th century with a series of demolitions.

It's with great sadness we learned of the passing of Jeanne Meldon Walsh this weekend. Jeanne was a wonderful friend of the archive and research centre over the years. We would like to wish her extended family our deepest condolences.
