One risk of this 'expert' nonsense is that Americans will read it and then say to themselves, regrettably but understandably, that if this is expertise then to hell with it.

The Biden administration is considering embracing the UN model of singling out Israel for unique isolating punishment. What a disgrace--we don't get to choose ministers in other countries.

Nothing will ever be as funny as the fact that Democrats are the ones who inflicted her on journalists. Nothing. No GOP admin could get away with a press sec who showed this kind of gleeful disrespect to journalists. If nothing else, the complaining just wouldn't be worth it.

This tweet makes a lot more sense if you substitute 'policies endorsed and implemented by Democrats running for office, including specifically me' for 'the past.'

'What you need to know' is that inflation was the totally predictable result of policy decisions made by the Biden White House in spring 2021, but they didn't care because they believed their own hype that Democrats would be in power forever.

Yeah it's still stuck in the interagency. They did a PC on it but decided to kick it back down to the dep level with questions. They know they need to get it to POTUS but they're not there yet. One tricky thing is they're not sure they can use approps money without auth language.
