.Women's Equality Party what are you doing about the increase in spiking of girls in clubs? What offence is it and what punishment does it carry? What are clubs doing to make sure this doesn't happen and do they face penalties? This new development in (mostly) abuse of women is a new low.

It's been a wild old day today. When there's more sea than sky at the Hole o Row at Skaill you know its been a good one! There were some really proper heavy lumps of sea coming in. These cliffs rise to about 50 metres, loved watching the ever changing waves as the tide dropped.
