Baboucarr Nyang Sounds like Gambia is going through some of the subterfuge of constitution-making that Kenya witnessed in 2005 when then Kenyan President Mwai conspired with AG (Amos Wako) to mutilate a people driven constitution draft. The Wako draft was defeated by the people at Referendum.
