This is so widespread in #nhs and very few staff want to talk about it. Little support if you raise concerns and hardly any punishment for the perpetrators 😔

Current #NHS state Short of money - could we all do more and then a bit more? More ideas that are ‘cost-neutral’ on being more efficient Staff wellbeing initiatives- as long as it’s free! Also- could staff do more to raise funds for #nhs charity?

Every org deliberately stayed away from doing any formal work on 'Locally Employed Doctors' (odd) Till Royal College of Physicians published one (soz) Endorsed by GMC too So NHS England Workforce, Training and Education NHS Employers Finite time of supervisors- LEDs or PAs? Or IMGs ignored...again?

Add up supervision time needed by senior docs for those in 'training posts' & then LEDs? You DON'T have enough supervisory time left for PAs NHS England Workforce, Training and Education leadership know this Thus, nowt on LED supervision Yet-for me?
