Glencairn House got underway on-site this week. Since 2021 we've worked on the project to refurbish and extend Dunbarton's oldest building, creating new library and museum facilities, and a glazed ceramic children's library in the garden.

We'll share more as it progresses.

We will soon be beginning work with the Douglas Community Development Company to help bring the Douglas Arms back to life as a hotel & community asset. Through careful conservation of the building & imaginative re-use of the site we hope to create a new village destination.

Our work to support Scottish Opera vision to evolve a new headquarters development at New Rotterdam Wharf in Glasgow, has been submitted for planning. This would help secure Scottish Opera’s presence within Glasgow for the next 60-plus years.

Our head of Sustainable Design Suzy O'Leary is in attendance today at Futurebuild She is contributing to discussion on the potential for an industry generated standard being produced by all the main professional bodies in response to a UK Green Building Council survey.
