Lean on his grace as you battle sin.

❓ If God is already in control of everything, why should we pray?

It never has and never will work to ask the law to do in and through you what only God’s grace has the power to accomplish.

God’s law does a wonderful job of exposing sin and is a wonderful guide for your living, but it has no power for the rescue and transformation of your heart.

Jesus left the splendor of glory to, in his righteous life, substitutionary death, victorious resurrection and royal ascension, to do for you what God’s law could never do.

Corporate worship is designed as a gift of love from a God of grace, drawing his people near through heartfelt worship, gospel instruction and loving community.

“Bear one another's burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ.” - Galatians 6:2

When you labor for the Lord, with commitment and discipline, relying on his empowering grace, your labor is never in vain, even when you don’t see the fruit of your labors.

If you’re God’s child, your life may be out of your personal control, but it is not out of the control of your wise, loving, faithful and merciful Heavenly Father.

You can rest today, because your Lord rules over all things, not only for his own glory, but also for the sake of his children.

Our circle of authority is very small, but God’s rule is infinite and eternal and that is very good thing.

If we are ambassadors of a just God, are we growing more and more just as we seek to represent him daily?

Grace has covered your past, grade comforts and empowers you in the present and grace has sealed the glory of your future.

Don’t allow yourself to take credit for what only grace could produce in and through you.

There is be a day when all our boasting will be silenced and we will look back and say, “0nly by grace, only ever by grace.”

Our hope and rest is not in our righteous, but in the life, death, resurrection, ascension and priestly reign of Jesus.

If our track record of obedience could ever be enough, the birth and work of Jesus wouldn’t have been necessary.

Remember today that we stand righteous before God, not because of what we have done, but because of what he has done for us in the work of his son, Jesus.
