Tanja Dudenbostel, MD, FASH, FAHA@guto_montezano A9. #HYPHIP @Hyper_AHA @DrDudenbostel NCC phosphorylation and activity go down as potassium is increased in WT mice. When we lock on the switch, NCC phosphorylation and activity are high, and not sensitive to K+.
