#EPeeps The microelectrodes on the QDOT catheter offer a nice alternative to using a multipolar mapping catheter for PVC ablation. Able to visualize those low amplitude pre-potentials that the larger bipole of the ablator can miss. Penn Electrophysiology Fellowship
#EPeeps This patient is newly establishing care with you and does not remember this event (which was >2 years ago) on their loop recorder. Real or not real? Why? any questions for them? Tracing below. JMC Penn Electrophysiology Fellowship Jeffrey M Vinocur CardioNerds

#EPeeps Interested in CO2 epicardial access? Here we describe our simplified approach, avoiding CS venography and target vessel cannulation by exiting the distal AIV. Conveniently easy to cannulate and with a consistent small apical branch. Michael Gurin Penn Electrophysiology Fellowship
